Your order will be shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise stated, or during periods of high volume, or for custom orders) via Canada Post. Please add processing time to the estimated shipping time when deciding which shipping method to choose.
Shipping prices are set by Canada Post and are calculated at checkout based on your address and on the speed of delivery you prefer. All items are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you when your order is mailed.
Please ensure the ship-to address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided address. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be charged full shipping fees to re-send.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any issues please email us at info (at) strutjewelry.com within 5 business days of receipt or purchase of your item so that we can determine the best resolution as quickly as possible.
Regular priced items can be returned for a credit or exchange within 14 days. Items must be in re-sellable condition to be determined by us. You are responsible for any mailing costs associated with returning the item. Please ship with a tracking number and insurance to ensure we receive the shipment. All returns are at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds.
Credit for online purchases will be issued to you as a code that can then be used online at checkout for any future purchase. Once your item is received, a credit note code will be issued to you within 3 business days.
For hygienic reasons, all earrings are final sale. All sale and custom items are final sale.

Jewelry is delicate, and requires care. Sometimes it needs repairing from normal wear and tear, and we are more than happy to work with you to repair your jewelry. If your item needs repair please email us with a photo showing what needs to be fixed. We will get back to you within 3 business days to determine a solution. Please be aware that there will be costs associated with the repair, unless the repair is necessary due to a manufacturing defect on our end, as determined by us.
If your repair is approved, we will send you our mailing address. Please ship using a tracking number and insurance to ensure we receive the shipment. You are responsible for any mailing costs associated with returning the item, and we are not responsible for any items lost in transit either with or without a tracking number.
We are unable to repair items brought to markets or shows without prior approval from us. It's just too busy & we probably won't have the right materials with us anyway! Please email first.
All items are checked to be in excellent condition when they leave the studio, and are packaged securely in bubble mailers with padding. Sometimes the mail is rough, and while we do our absolute best to ensure no damage occurs during the shipping process by securely packaging items, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. We are more than happy to repair damage done during the shipping process, please be aware that there will be costs associated with this type of repair.
We do not repair jewelry made by other people or companies. Please note that attempting to repair your item yourself may void its warranty as we will no longer be able to accurately determine what caused the damage.
"Custom" refers to any and all work specifically requested by a client that is different in any way from what is listed on the website, or special quantities over and above what is available through the website (i.e. for bridesmaids, etc.).
All custom orders require full payment in order to be added to our production schedule. Our studio is incredibly busy (thank you!), and custom orders may take up to six weeks to complete.
Please email us with your request and we will get back to you within 3 business days to discuss further. All custom orders are final sale, no refunds or exchanges. Please be aware that there will be costs associated with revising or altering custom work, as determined by us. Discounts (newsletter sign-up, website sales, etc.) do not apply to custom orders.
