Minimum orders & quantities: $200 minimum order for first-time accounts, minimum quantity of 2 per piece ordered (exceptions may be made at our discretion, and for one-of-a-kind pieces).
Payment Terms and Methods: All orders must be paid by credit card or bank transfer (email money transfer) with full payment due prior to getting started on your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bank transfer (EMT) and PayPal. The buyer is responsible for payment of expedited, insured shipping via Canada Post, the cost of which will be added to the final amount.
Time-frame, product creation & damage: All orders are shipped within 14 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon or during periods of high-volume (i.e. holidays). All items are handmade, so please expect minor variation, especially in pieces with pearls or gemstones. All jewelry is carefully created & inspected prior to shipping, wrapped securely and is guaranteed to leave the studio in perfect condition. We are not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit, or items damaged, lost or stolen while on display.
Online Sales: We do allow our products to be sold online and offer licensing of our online/website product images and descriptions if you plan to sell our products in your online webshop and don't want to take your own photos or write your own descriptions. Use of any of our copyrighted website product/promotional imagery and written copy without prior licensing and permission is not allowed.
Product Guarantee: All items are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date against normal wear and tear. Repairs will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our jewelry, and customer satisfaction is our first priority.
